Disney's Polynesian Village Resort is a classic original Walt Disney World hotel. So what's great about it? What's not so great about it? And what should we hope to see in the future?
Disney has announced that the Polynesian is undergoing a (much needed) refurbishment and is expected to reopen in the summer of 2021. The refurbishment will cover guest rooms and the Great Ceremonial House (the main lobby) and will include themes, colors and textures from the Pacific Islands and Moana theming.
Can Disney's Polynesian Village Resort Return to its Former Glory?
The questions remain, however, will this be enough to help a sorely aging property return to its former glory?
